The RP1 BIONIC is the new power wheelchair from REHAMEDPOWER with a stand-up function. It takes users electrically from a sitting position into an upright standing position. Standing, sitting and lying are combined in one chair. It celebrated its premiere at REHACARE 2026 in Düsseldorf.
Standing in everyday life
Standing lets you meet others at eye level and reach shelves, worktops and counters. Whether and for how long standing is suitable for you is something to clarify with your doctor and your therapy team.
One base, three positions
- Standing with a full standing function. The footplates are height-adjustable by 300 mm, including floor lowering.
- Sitting with a seat lift of 300 mm and a seat angle of up to 45 degrees.
- Lying with a backrest angle of 90 to 160 degrees and a footrest angle of 90 to 180 degrees.
Technology
The biomechanical back has 150 mm of adjustment travel. The lithium batteries sit in the base and come with a three-year warranty. A gyroscope is fitted as standard, and every wheel is suspended individually. Depending on the version, the top speed is 6 or 10 km/h.
Dimensions
The RP1 BIONIC is 56 cm wide and at least 75 cm long. The maximum user weight is 125 kg. It is made in Germany; REHAMEDPOWER is based in Dortmund and Arnsberg.
When it starts
